This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

CHARLES }lANOS, City Desk, Detroit Times, called today
regarding~inforrnation received by our. Flint Resident Agency con-
.cerning turning over of slides regarding unidentified object on
the part of JOE PERRY ·of Grand Blanc, }1ichigan. At time of call,
Detroit Office had. no lcnm-Iledge of this matter. Subsequently
SRA CLARK DIGGINS was contacted and advised airtel submitted.
Airtel located in'office today reflected investigation conducted
on 3/5/60. · ·
SRA DIGGINS advised Resident Agency had inqu1r1es
from Press, and acknowledged that slides were turned over to
I·. them by JOE PERRY. _Complete details being furnished by SRA
DIGGINS in memorandum. He acknowledged he failed to call the
Detroit Office concerning this matter.
}1r. ~1ANOS was subsequently advised that this office
could not make available to him the slides in question, that
the FBI has not and is not conducting investigation, and.that
inforrna ion is being turned over to the Air Force, Selfridge AFB •
