This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

SUBJECT Ivliscellaneous matter
On 1/11/58 an unidentified femqle called
the Detroit Office to state that she had a publication
in which capabilities of rockets and missiles developed
by the United States was printed.
She stated that this information should
not appear in print and stated that she wanted to advise the
FBI that this information which should be regarded as
secret was in print. She stated that it 1-1as not undesirable
far her to read this material, but if the general public
read data of this tjpe it could very easily cause a panic
and riqt.
Agent explained to her that the FBI had
no jurisdiction or responsibility in releasing information
of this type for publication. She explained that the
information appeared in a regular bound book.
Agent thanked this individual for the information
and explained that it would be the prime responsibility of
the service that had developed the missile such as the Air
Force, Army or Navy, to determine what data pertaining to
the missile could be released for publication.
She did not at any time mention that she
wanted to use thi~ material for any type of publication
nor did she mention any secret meeting at the Hotel Statler.
There was no indication that the call was
a long distance call. She was thanked for her call to the
FBI and whe 1-1as again advised that any information released
for publication was released through. the Defense Department
of the United States in general and directly through the

She did not mention at any time that she -/ tJ3intended to reprint any of the material that she claimed
