This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

On this date Mrs. MAUDE ~H, ._81 Pilgrim, Highland, Park,
telephonically contacteft~JOHN L. SHELBURNE at which
s ated that she was connected with a Detroit Tap and

She a ised that this organization does research in co ec ion with
flying saucer sightings. Mrs. RALPH stated that Mr. JOHNSON had
advised that his group wa considering af~iliating themselves with the
!:!J.c.hig_~n Fj~~~ e9-erati~q_. Mrs. RALPH stated she did not
know the exact locati n of t e offices of this organization, however,
she believed that it was located in Saginaw, Michigan. She stated that
she had received information ~11om an ·unidentified source that the
Michigan Flying Saucer Federation was· backed either by a communist
group or a fascist-type group.
Mrs. RALPH stated that the Michigan Flying Saucer Federation
was to_.hold a convention on June 21 and 22, i958, at Kalamazoo,
Mich ·gan, and that the main speaker t this meeting would be vJAYNE
S. ao, Directo~, Washington Sauce Intelligence, Washington, D. C.
S e .further stated that W LLIAM ~ 630 Marion Avenue_, Kalamazoo,
Michigan, was arranging the con en ion; that JO.HN • , 1407
N. Burdick, Kalamazoo, was chairman; and DON _YSOCK~ secretary.
She stated that the mailing address for the ichigan Flying Saucer
Federation is 14315 Hagardy (phonetic) Belleville, Michigan.

Mrs. RALPH further stated that DONALD H. ROWN 1014

o a meeting on June 12, 1958, at the BROWN residence. Mrs. ·
RALPH said that this group was to be organized because some individuals
had determined that there was need for action for survival and that
it was necessary to seek to fulfill the laws of the 11 Crea tor 11 • She
further stated that this group was planning to establish a sel~
supported community which would ' be dedic~ted to research and hel~
