Certainly~ it is soothing to the ego that has been bruised and bat-
t~red '?Y a ~lceptical non-saucer nei~;hbor' s ridicule to get together
w7th l1ke-m1nded saucer-thinking people •• BUT there is still the open
m1nded fellow who hasn't been l'laying too much attention to our, as
~et, ~m~ll hue and cry, and hasn't realized that Saucers ARE FACT
1nstead of Fiction and must be reached •• or the guy who has been just
TOO busy breezing about in his own particular "fool's paradise" to
hear about them AT ALL •• or the fellow who was too filled with fear
that the Visitors' coming might conflict with his present religious
theories and mental security and closed his ears and needs to be en-
couraged to open them again. :g:ven the rank skeptic has a right to
have a chance to kill himself laughing~.{and havn't we all met one
or two we wished would do JUST THAT l}
Serously, however, in other words, HE will have to stop lddding our-
selves and asldng ourselves the naive question 11When is the govern-
ment going to make an annquncement concerning Flying Saucers?"~· and
START taking ON the gove~nment's job OUR~~~V~~J Just because a man
is the head of a govern~ent doesn't mean ~e necessarily can conceive
of there being people on other planets, in the first place. But,
perhaps, the governments are aware {the Visitors have said that ALL
governments have been contacted in one way or another, whether they
believed or recognize the contact for what it was) .. o and if they are
hesitating to make any announcements, it is probabl;y because they are
afraid of the people's re-action. LET'S SHOW THEM THAT WE, ·the
people, ARE EQUAL TO THE SITUATION by becoming The Avant G~ard for
this new page in history •• and THEN, sorre-day~ this can become the
educational project, planet-wise$ that it shoul& be~ In the meantime
some one has to sticlc out his neck and it Has always been the LITTLE
PEOPLE 7 like ourselves, that have had to bring forth anything that
was ne1;;1 and revolutionary in the past! so .... L::!:T'S GET TO ITt
As a Study Group, we also feel that there is an EMERGENCY about all
this, too. True, the Visitors are here because of our atomic exper-
imentation •• which ~s emergent-enough a situation •• but THAT IS NOT
THE !\/fAIN REASON. We find tbat George Adamslci' s statement that the
Visitors have told him that their main reason for coming to Earth is
that they have noted a shift in our magnetic poles •• {as would one
body in conjunction with another).eenough to give one pause. They
have said, and our own scientists confirm this, that every 25,000 or
30,000 years, the Earth, which has always had a very gradual third
1 movement from north to ·south (as have ALL planets 11 the Visitors have
said) takes a s·udden quarter-tilt, and the land that was under 1.·Jater
comes up and land that was up, goes down. It is Nature's way of
replenishing the earth ~nd the Visitors are watching this, for the
same thing can happen to their planets in the future and naturally,
when it hap,ens to ours, theirs will be effected and they, too, will
have to be prepared to move whole masses of people (and with Space
; Ships carrying two or three million people at once •• that would be

) have they can note these changes and can inform our scientists and
