This Internet Archive upload by Paul Galante reproduces the FBI's 2017 FOIA release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault about George Adamski. The release contains 281 previously processed pages. It includes 1954 Detroit field office memoranda on the Flying Saucer Club of Detroit, on informants who worried that its anti-hydrogen-bomb messages were political propaganda, and on a July 1954 meeting presided over by Adamski. Later items cover Joseph Perry's 1960 Grand Blanc saucer photograph, which was passed to the Air Force, and a 1960 Detroit sighting report.

T~l stated that this group meeting took place
October 24, 1954, with most of the discussion about
religion, science, and just double talko The Informant
said one person at this meeting, one RUTH BAILEY, said
she was an athiesto At the meeting it was stated twenty
such groups existg LAURA MARXER, who was there, said ,
there would be landings of saucers in Detroit in October,
but she could be w-~ongo
This Informant advised that a group leaders
meeting ~.held ~ovember 6, 1954, at the home of one
EDWARD.ANDRRWS, 7323 Mayburn, Dearborno Seventeen
group leaders were there and the Informant said he did
not consider it in any way subversiveo The complete

The Informant said the purpose of this leaders
meeting was to discuss how to handle issues arising in
group meetings. These were:

2o Group representation to the Board of Directors
of the clubo
The group leaders are supposed to control discussion
and not offend any religious group.
The Informant said that at this meeting one
FRANK R. SCHUSTER, a group leader, 3022 Chalmers, Detroit,
said that JOHN HOFF~AN opposed gr~v~ meetings because
of accusations against them of sclN6rsive activities.
An unidentified person.said he did pot think it true,
but it was alleged .. one member of the Board of Directors
