The National Security Agency sent this FOIA response on 6 September 2019 in case 105997, answering John Greenewald's request of 21 December 2018 for Intellipedia entries on Moscovium, Element 115 and Bob Lazar. NSA released three versions of the Intellipedia page on ununpentium, with some material withheld under FOIA exemptions (b)(3) and (b)(6). The pages cover the synthesis, properties and isotopes of element 115. They say Bob Lazar's account of the element is considered pseudoscience and that no openly available empirical evidence supports his claims.
