This part of an FBI file holds a July 1967 letter sent to Director J. Edgar Hoover by a reporter for UFO Contact, the journal of the International Get Acquainted Program (IGAP), along with a copy of the magazine, dedicated to George Adamski. The magazine includes an editorial praising Adamski, an open letter to Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, and Ronald Caswell's account of contactee Fred Steckling's European lecture tour and his film of a UFO formation. The file also contains AFSCA newsletter items and an advertisement for AFSCA's 1966 Reno convention.

I have received your letter of November 26th. In response to your inquiry, the policy of this Bureau regarding the investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects has not changed since I wrote to you on January 26, 1965. Also, it is contrary to my long-standing policy to express an opinion on such matters. Since my prior communication to you has been destroyed, I am enclosing another for your files and trust this will be of help to you in reconstructing your records. Sincerely yours, J.
