This part of an FBI file holds a July 1967 letter sent to Director J. Edgar Hoover by a reporter for UFO Contact, the journal of the International Get Acquainted Program (IGAP), along with a copy of the magazine, dedicated to George Adamski. The magazine includes an editorial praising Adamski, an open letter to Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, and Ronald Caswell's account of contactee Fred Steckling's European lecture tour and his film of a UFO formation. The file also contains AFSCA newsletter items and an advertisement for AFSCA's 1966 Reno convention.

I am not really qualified to pass judgment on it, but it would be good to have the people here at Goddard who are look at it. May I suggest, then, that you give Mr. Penn Stevens, a call. He will make an appointment for you to come out to Goddard and show the Photographic Branch and on your film. Unfortunately we have no film projector here, so I must ask you to bring your own.
