This part of an FBI file holds a July 1967 letter sent to Director J. Edgar Hoover by a reporter for UFO Contact, the journal of the International Get Acquainted Program (IGAP), along with a copy of the magazine, dedicated to George Adamski. The magazine includes an editorial praising Adamski, an open letter to Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, and Ronald Caswell's account of contactee Fred Steckling's European lecture tour and his film of a UFO formation. The file also contains AFSCA newsletter items and an advertisement for AFSCA's 1966 Reno convention.

These still photographs are taken from the screen projection of the 8 mm colour film of September 7th 1964. Taken with a REVERE 8 mm cine-camera, automatic 20 mm powerzoom lens, by Fred Stockling of Alexandria, Virginia, U.S.A. The 23 feet of colour film was exposed from a speeding train travelling from Mannheim to Frankfurt in West Germany. This serial "armada" of UFO's is shown in impressive formation in the cloudless sky. Shown to photographic experts of NASA. Of the film, Pentagon UFO spokesman said: "This is the best film I've seen yet!"
