This FBI file release, Part 14 of the Bureau's UFO file, collects correspondence and memoranda from 1960 to 1968. Much of it concerns Joseph Perry of Grand Blanc, Michigan, whose moon photograph appeared to show a saucer-like object. The FBI passed the slides to Air Force OSI at Selfridge AFB and said repeatedly that it was not investigating. The file also covers a Denver lecture about space people, an anonymous Dallas informant, a NICAP subcommittee, and form replies stating that UFOs fall outside FBI jurisdiction.

## U our print if they would put up a station with our print in neon lights they could understand what it is and that it would be for an exchange of news papers. I imagine that they are quite disquested with our sputnik ad they could give us much knowledge that we need if we could contact them. If you think that there is nothing to thus and you don't believe it don't answer if you want to answer send a letter to a friend of mine you can't write to my home because my own relatives would lock me up if they knew that I wrote to you because they definitely would not believe it so I never talked about this to anyone (Oh yes our picture was noisy) my name Mrs. put your letter in a sealed envelope and put it in another envelope and address to Mr. Elkhart, Indiana.
