This FBI file release, Part 14 of the Bureau's UFO file, collects correspondence and memoranda from 1960 to 1968. Much of it concerns Joseph Perry of Grand Blanc, Michigan, whose moon photograph appeared to show a saucer-like object. The FBI passed the slides to Air Force OSI at Selfridge AFB and said repeatedly that it was not investigating. The file also covers a Denver lecture about space people, an anonymous Dallas informant, a NICAP subcommittee, and form replies stating that UFOs fall outside FBI jurisdiction.

This is the true story of our visitors from outer space 5n6 years ago Many people wonder whether there are people living in other worlds and many people wish they knew for sure and some people wish they could contact them. Of course there are people living in another world at least and probably many worlds. My husband and three daughters and were living on our farm in Michigan (in the sticks) Our oldest daughter was working as a waitress about seven miles from our place at the Country Club, that summer vacation to help pay her college expenses. I would go after her at midnight then wait until she was ready to go home. One night right soon after we left the high-way we noticed this moving object a little ahead of us along the side of the road. It had tiny lights blinking on and off and for just a second when lights two spaces could see a dark moving object or shape a better word.
