FBI file: UFO, UFO Part 09

Federal Bureau of Investigation · 67 pages · text by OCR

This Federal Bureau of Investigation file section collects 1949 and 1952 memoranda and public letters about flying saucers. Letters from citizens offering theories were acknowledged and forwarded to the Air Force, and Hoover passed along a report of objects over Thessalon Lake, Ontario, along with an anonymous German letter about a V-weapon disc. An Air Intelligence briefing said research had reached no satisfactory conclusion. Memos also trace how the negatives of a 1947 Phoenix disc photograph were handed to Air Force Intelligence.

OFIFYING SAUCERS

I would like to submit a theory that may lead to a solution of what the flying saucers really are—

the objects could be light.

Cases by Radio Television Beams

Illuminating moist vapor, not unlike phosphorus on rain-soaked wood in

central seasons—the northern lights

"aurora borealis" have manifested themselves

for years, settling up electric magnetism

and Earth potential which distort normal

Telegraph communications. The lights

are somewhat like a Jan + can

be seen as an outpost as Equator

this is my opinion that flying

stars are electrical in nature.

Small clouds

Currents out a space (small clouds)

and causing it to glow—this

cloud being charged electrically

and a magnetic; polarity being same

as the intercepting star can never

be one. ac 9-452 202
