Federal Bureau of Investigation · 84 pages · text by GLM-OCR

This FBI file section collects Bureau correspondence on flying discs from 1947 to 1950. It includes a Portland field office memo on police officers who saw a silvery object over the city on September 11, 1947, and letters from citizens with sightings, theories and questions, along with Hoover's form replies. There is also a Chicago memo about a letter describing a secret saucer bomber, and a Louisville report on Al Hixenbaugh's June 1950 film of a disk. Other items include a Yuba City informant's drawings of a supposed Russian saucer and a note on Donald Keyhoe's book.

I think I can get some information on the Russian submarine and what makes them go so deep drills. says he is sure in many cases local then as they got dummies they put out one hour in the water and can fool anyone with the dummies, he said they were making a long range rocket and 'rilling this engine it but that the cancer goes as fast as the rocket will. I was going to patent this engine now if I did get in from Ubalsty - I placed myself in great danger to get it - and dam on danger yet if anyone gives me away. But give it to the U.S. Q. quick and the U.S. Q. can give me something for my efforts, I do not think the U.S. Q. will learn me how to do you? and maybe I will ask a favor of the 7. B. T. - who knows.
