This FBI file on the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP) covers correspondence and internal memos from 1961 to 1964. It contains citizen inquiries about the group, NICAP's reports about Dr. Frank E. Stranges implying he had FBI ties, and a request from New Orleans about an employee joining. The Bureau notes it never investigated NICAP. It calls some of director Donald Keyhoe's writing irresponsible and decides the FBI's name should not be connected with the organization.

I have read many articles on Communism and Communist propaganda, and have become very interested in it. I would appreciate any literature on Communism in American schools, and how to detect it.
