8. NARRATIVE: Martinez who was visiting his son-in-law Mauricio Gomes (brother of Manue Gomes) heard a low flying aircraft in the vicinity of where the mutated bull was found at approximately 3:00 am on 4-24-78.

The 4th circular inquiries were identical to the ones found in a similar mutation approximately 13 miles East of Dulce on June 13, 1976 which also involved one of Mr. Manual Gomes's cattle. Investigation of these strange mutations have been hampered inability to find laboratories which will perform tests and report accurate findings. This writer was fortunate enough to have found this mutation shortly after it occurred. In other cases, animals are found only days or weeks after mutation. It is written opinion that these animals have been marked for some time before they are mutated.

Also investigation shows that all mutations are to native cattle. In Rio Arriba County approximately 15,000 head of steers imported from Arizona, Mexico, Texas, etc. have not been mutated. It is writer's theory that these animals are picked up by aircraft, mutated elsewhere and returned and dropped from aircraft. This is indicative from bruised nails and broken bones on cattle.

Identical mutations have been taking place all over the Southwest. It is stated that no eye witnesses to these incidents have come forward or that no accident or have occurred. One has to admit that whoever is responsible for the mutations is well organized with boundless technology and financing and secrecy.

Writer is presently getting equipment through the efforts of Dr. Edward Burgess, Esq., to detect substances on the cattle which might work then and be plotted.
