This is an FBI Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts release to John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault, dated March 29, 2023, covering United Nuclear Scientific Supplies. It was the first interim release: of 517 pages reviewed, 119 were released. The records come from the FBI Albuquerque JTTF and describe a 2006 case. An unidentified caller asked the company for chemicals that could serve as Sarin precursors, then turned up in person at the business. The file also contains grand jury subpoenas and interview notes.

Before offering these kits for sale.P I had checked with the
Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol.
Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Both agencies told
that they were not aware of any restrictions on the sale of
these items.
