This section of FBI file 62-HQ-83894 collects Bureau correspondence on flying disks from 1949 and 1950. Most of it concerns a letter to Walter Winchell, passed on by Ernest Cuneo, from Peter Camerlon Jones, who said he saw a top-shaped silver object in the mountains near Los Angeles in August 1947. Los Angeles agents could not find Jones, and Hoover suggested the letter might be a prank. The file also holds a Navy intelligence report on 6 or 7 discs seen over southern Oregon on 27 May 1949, plus letters from members of the public about Chicago and Toronto.

This uses centrifugal force and is easily connected to weights that revolve at right angles to the pull on the " sancer " . I presume engines are synchronized as to speed the rot of the revolving balls gives the pull to pull " sancer " and the whole mechanism is inside of the " sancer " there are a bottom and top sancer He said there is an up and down mudder and a sideways mudder but very small and they are handled by electronic gadgets at high speed. The sancers are made of magnesium and reinforced for strength they look something like this the sancers it looks are air tight these drawings are not much _ but there is not much to them as I cannot give dimensions of our " techs " will have to figure that point as I am dam lucky to find this out and be all to gether.
