This is a reserved-classification compilation prepared at CINDACTA I in Brasília and signed by 1st Lt. Ademis Freitas, dated 6 August 1978, summarizing known UFO cases involving that air defense and traffic control center. It records pilot, controller and radar reports from 1977 to 1979 with star charts, deliberately without explanations or conclusions. It also includes I COMAR's register of UFO observations from Pará in 1977, including Colares and Santo Antônio do Tauá, plus 1978 O Estado do Pará press clippings.

1977 - 02.09 - 22:00P - RELATO 02 - CL 3 - F-02 - Corpó Luminoso (0), deslocando-se a baixa altitude (30m), no snetido E/W, ao chegar sobre a rodovia, passou a acompanhar seu traçado aumentando gradativamente a velocidade, modificando sua luminosidade e intensidade (inicialmente amarelada, sua parte superior ficou avermelhada e a inferior azul esverdeada intensa mente luminosa), dando a impressão de transparência, na parte mais baixa (vértice)um ponto luminoso de cor vermelha; a princípio sua velocidade era baixa, acelerou até atingir grande / velocidade (produzia um ruído sibilante), tamanho aparente 1.30m / 1.40m; forma de um PRATO invertido com um vérticeacentuado na parte inferior. Após percorrer em vôo nivelado a rodovia,uns 3Km,retomou o rumo original(iniçial do avistamento) Oeste.
