This Brazilian Air Force (FAB) CENDOC file, released via The Black Vault, collects UFO papers from 1977 and 1978. It includes a Salvador Air Base transcription of a 16 December 1977 mission report, in which the crew of C-95 2162 near Vitória saw a large luminous ball and ATC described a mothership with smaller craft. It also holds Ann Schwinn's letter to President Geisel, forwarded with UFO Education Center material promoting George Adamski. Rounding out the file are 24th NORAD Region log extracts on the November 1975 Montana missile-site sightings and Brazilian press clippings.

Before his passing on in 1965, Mr. Adamski designated Charlotte Blob to carry on the work, as she is doing today. She is the Director of the UFO Education Center, and is dedicated selflessly to bringing this information to the attention of all people of the Earth. At the present there are Headquarters in Appleton, Wisconsin (USA), Valley Center, California (USA), and a Science of Life School-in Guadalajara, Mexico. Iaappreciate the time you have taken to read this information. I hope that you are able to feel the importance of sharing it with the people of Brazil, with a warm and friendly attitude towards our Brothers and Sisters from Space. Truely the smallest needless fear towards these people must be erased, and replaced with an openess and joyful feeling towards their presence.
