This DoD Washington Headquarters Services FOIA release (case 25-F-2554) collects emails and records about Luis Elizondo's role in AATIP, dated 2017 to 2021. It includes Elizondo's June 2019 letter disputing Pentagon statements about him, and his 2017 emails to Neill Tipton about transferring the portfolio. OSD Public Affairs and Navy officials discuss whether AATIP ended in 2012 or continued informally.
