This is the Department of Defense's final response to John Greenewald Jr.'s FOIA request 22-F-0035, dated August 5, 2025. It releases 106 pages from the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review, with some material withheld under exemptions (b)(4), (b)(5) and (b)(6). The pages cover the 2020 to 2021 security review of James Lacatski's manuscript "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: Correcting the Record," about DIA's AAWSAP program. The records include DIA, Air Force and DHS reviews, and the manuscript was cleared as amended in May 2021.

Speaking with Mr. Tim West this afternoon (29 Apr 2020), he requested that I resubmit chapters
ofSkinwalkers at the Pentagon that were originally sent in on 10 March and the additional chapters sent in on
23 April. A combined copy is also attached, with the 23 April material placed after the bibliography.
