This Defense Intelligence Agency release gathers Army and Air Force intelligence reports on unidentified flying objects from several countries. It contains translated Finnish Border Guard reports of glowing spheres and lights seen near the Soviet border, a Costa Rica sighting near Puntarenas, and Afghan news items from 1959 on bright objects over Kandahar, Mazar-i-Sharif and Kabul. Other reports describe objects over Kuldja in Sinkiang, China. A 1969 OSI report from Nakhon Phanom, Thailand concludes that a pilot's ground sighting was probably a religious procession carrying ceremonial drums.

Colonel L.H.Walker, Air-Attache, American Embassy, WELLINGTON. ## Dear Sir, During the last two years, I have made an intensive study of the "Saucer Phenomena", and sincerely believe that I now have sufficient mathematical and geometric proof to show that those "vehicles" are actively engaged in reconstructing a navigational type grid system over the surface of the whole world. Up until now, I have passed on some pieces of information to the American Embassy, but realise that I cannot prove my case until all the data I have discovered, has been assessed as a unit. I am, at the moment, compiling all the evidence I have into book form and this will be published sometime late 1967. I believe my theories to be correct because of the following reasons: (1) Once I had found the geometric pattern of the grid structure, I broke the polar sections down into mathematical co-ordinates and found that the values were directly connected with, speed of light - mass - gravity acceleration. (2) The mathematical geometrics of the grid structure can also be connected directly with atom bomb tests. I have found that the same geometrics apply and that atomic explosions have to be carried out on geometric positions on the earth's surface. Also that due to the special geometric harmonics required to disrupt an atom, the sun has to be at certain latitudes in order for an explosion to take place. In fact, I now believe that the sun actually triggers the bomb when it passes through a certain geometric position in relation to earth. To check my theory, I used the series of atomic tests carried out by the French at Mururoa Island in the Pacific. At the time of each explosion, the sun was found to be at a particular distance, in minutes of arc, north of the latitude of Mururoa Island. These distances co-incided exactly with the co-ordinates I had derived from the U.F.C. grid system which to me, proves it must exist. I also found that the distances in minutes of arc from Hururoa Island to both the American Scientific Base at Blenheim, N.E., and also the aerial type object photographed by the "Eltanin" off the coast of South America, is 2640.
