This Defense Intelligence Agency compilation brings together several Department of Defense intelligence information reports on UFO sightings from 1968 to 1976. It includes 1968 reports of UFOs over South China and the Taiwan Strait, a 1970 South Korean report on possible North Korean balloons, and a table of Spanish sightings from 1973 to 1974 taken from the local press. It also contains a Pakistani report of a light seen before an earthquake and the USDAO Tehran account of F-4 jets losing instruments while chasing a UFO in September 1976.

16 June 74 (5 a.m.) Céceres (3929N-00622N) Luminous, emitting brilliant light on the highway. 46-year-old farm laborer. Was pursued by UFO for several kilometers at great speed. Saw three tall figures standing inside the ship. When observer extinguished the lights on his car, the object drew away. Then as he turned them on again, UFO approached again at enormous speed some 70 meters over his car. It followed him home and when he turned out his car lights, it slowly flew away. COMMENTS OF RO: It is of interest to note that in April of this year teams of extra sensory perception specialists held a meeting in Malaga for the purpose of scientifically studying the UFOs seen in that vicinity. Results of this meeting unknown.
