This is a Defense Intelligence Agency FOIA response letter to John Greenewald, dated March 25, 2022, answering his January 2018 request for Defense Intelligence Reference Documents tied to Bigelow Aerospace, BAASS or the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program. DIA located 37 documents totaling 1473 pages and released them with portions withheld under FOIA Exemptions 3 and 6. An enclosed inventory lists the titles, including warp drive, antigravity and invisibility cloaking.

Suite #1203 Castaic, CA 91384 Dear Mr. Greenewald, FOIA-00159-2018 March 25,2022 This responds to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, dated January 31, 2018 that you submitted to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for information concerning: Requesting all "Defense Intelligence Reference Documents" created by Bigelow Aerospace, BAASS, or any party involved with the "Advanced Aviation Thread Identification Program" or AATIP. A.ccording to Dr. Eric Davis, who was interviewed on the Coast to Coast AM radio show on January 28,2018. I apologize for the delay in responding to your request as DIA continues its efforts to eliminate the large backlog of pending requests. A seareh ofDIA's systems of records located 37 documents (1473 pages) responsive to your request. lJpon review, I have determined that some portions of37 documents (1473 pages) must be withheld in part from disclosure pursuant to the FOIA. The withheld portions are exempt from release pursuant to Exemptions 3 and 6 of the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. § 552 (b)(3) and (b)(6). Exemptioltl 3 applies to information specifically exempted by a statute establishing particular criteria for withholding. The applicable statute is 10 U.S.C. § 424. Statute 10 U.S.C. § 424 protects the identity ofDIA employees, the organizational structure of the agency, and any function of DIA. Exemption 6 applies to information which if released would constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of other individuals. DIA has not withheld any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the records. Please be advised that DIA is currently conducting a review of all its AA TIP holdings and preparing those documents for release via the DIA website.
