Documents / Report
This Defense Intelligence Reference Document from the Defense Intelligence Agency is dated 3 January 2011. It was produced under the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications (AAWSA) Program as part of a series of advanced technology reports. The report asks whether negative mass exists and whether it could be used for propulsion. It concludes that one route might be an ultra-light form of matter that could have gathered at the Moon's center. Reaching it would take a tunnel dug with thermonuclear shape charges.

To give gauge invariance a hydrodynamic interpretation, we compare (81) with the force acting on a test body of mass m placed into the moving Planck aether. This force follows Euler's equation and is d [ ' ( 'J ]V CV v- F = m- = m -+grad - -vxcurlv. dt Gt C Complete analogy between (81) and (83) is established if one sets m • =--v· 2e According to (78) and (82), <ti and A shift the phase of a Schrbdinger wave by e f ,.OlfJ = - <Pdt h ,, oq,~--'--pA• ds.,, (83) (84) (85) The corresponding expressions for a gravitational field can be directly obtained from the equivalence principle [3]. If 8v/8t is the acceleration and w the angular velocity of the universe relative to a reference system assumed to be a rest, the inertial forces in this system are F =m[: +<&xr-wx(wxr)-&<2wl (86) For ( 86) we write 24 UNCLASSIFIED/ /f81il 8ffl@Itlll::: 1!181! &••1:::Y
