This Defense Intelligence Agency contracting notice for the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (solicitation HHM402-08-R-0211) was posted in August 2008. It is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a total small business set aside. The statement of objectives asks for studies of breakthrough aerospace technologies that could shape the foreign threat through 2050, covering lift, propulsion, materials, signature reduction and human effects.
