Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Contract Status Brief (3)

This Defense Intelligence Agency briefing, dated 8 May 2009, is an unclassified status report on contract HHM402-08-C-0072 for Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications. It says a July 2008 supplemental appropriation tasked DIA with studying foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats out to 40 years ahead. Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies won the contract, which began on 21 September 2008. The briefing reports the work as on track, on schedule and within cost, with 24 technical reports across 12 areas planned for 2009.
