Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Contract Status Brief (2)

This unclassified Defense Intelligence Agency briefing, dated 8 May 2009, reports on the status of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications contract HHM402-08-C-0072. It explains that a July 2008 supplemental appropriation tasked DIA to study foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats out to 40 years ahead, and that Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) won the contract in September 2008. The brief calls the effort on track, on schedule and within cost, lists twelve technical study areas, and plans 24 technical reports.
