Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Contract Status Brief (2)

It explains that a July 2008 supplemental appropriation tasked DIA to study foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats out to 40 years ahead, and that Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) won the contract in September 2008.
