The contract covers technical studies of unconventional aerospace weapon systems projected through 2050, in areas such as lift, propulsion, power generation, signature reduction and human effects. It states that Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies submitted excellent management plans in 12 technical areas and that the program is on track, on schedule and within cost.
