This Internet Archive item compiles 1965 to 1968 records from National Research Council of Canada files (RG 77, Vol. 306) on non-meteoritic sightings. It contains fireball and UFO telex reports from RCAF stations, RCC Vancouver and the RCMP, covering lights seen over Sydney, Vancouver, Cochrane, Toronto, Whitehorse and Shediac. It also includes an RCMP investigation of a 12 July 1968 impact at Tobin Road, Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, which concluded the object was probably a meteorite, not a UFO.

Unfortunately , I myself did not see the object although it was in full view from my forme Lad I been looking at that time My home Highway Object was viewed from here ... Home of Lowelle Mr. Selie was a visiting neighbour at the time of the Annexation that evening . object may have been a little further to 5 with a thin in this sketch Another object was viewed rear view in October ( evening before incident in Shellmine harbour ) This was yellow . Viewer was Mr. Emmam Smith of Brooklyn and two companions . The object was smooth , changing color from deep yellow to pale . rear horizon finally einking out 7 right and leaving after glow . viewed in the open . Middlefield is directly under path . I places from the enword to Yewsmith , but perhaps this has no bearing on Master . J. K.
