We watched in measurement as both huge orange clouds became blue and changed shape as they drifted slowly eastward. The whole thing lasted for 15 or 20 minutes. When we looked again for the bite like lights, they were gone, nothing left but the stars.

I had asked on our first talk to draw me a diagram of what he had seen. This was on the 5th of Oct. On the 8th as I was sorting out this material I realized that it would be better to have three original diagrams, as a copy of this report was to go to three different places.
