This CIA FOIA release, dated 2001-04-09, collects 1978 internal records from the case Ground Saucer Watch, Inc. v. CIA (Civil Action 78-859). It includes an Office of General Counsel memo, a stipulation from plaintiff's attorney Peter Gersten that restates the group's requests for all CIA documents relating to UFOs, a list of the original requesters, and routing slips. Office of Data Processing components searched their files and reported that they found no material related to UFOs.

Office of Electronic Intelligence (OEL) documents of unidentified elec magnetic radiations received, processed, analyzed and/or dissemina to and from all sources, including NRO systems. (c). Office of Research and Developments (ORD) and Office of Development and Engineering (ODE): documents of basic scientific research on UF research and design studies of UFO intelligence collection systems, contractor studies. systems implementation evaluations, and basic U intelligence reference materials; historical files of ODE predecessor as pertains to preceding documents. (d). Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI). National Photographic Interpre Center (NPIC). and Office of Technical Service (OTS): including, but not limited to. old historical files not transferred to other comp and historical files on early OTS predecessor's research and develop work on UFO intelligence collection systems. ## (4).
