This declassified 1968 intelligence report was released through the CIA in 2002. It came from the US Defense Attache Office in Buenos Aires, dated 1 August 1968, and forwards a La Razon newspaper article on alleged USAF and CIA activities regarding UFOs. The article cites an APRO report which claims the Robertson panel was a CIA instrument, criticizes the Condon committee, and mentions a 1966 radar sighting over a North Dakota missile base. It also attaches a USAF message that asks for copies of the article.
