This Central Intelligence Agency memorandum for record, dated 30 January 1953 and approved for release in 2001, records a briefing on unidentified flying objects given to the ONE Board on 29 January. The briefing covered the history of O/SI interest and action on the subject and showed motion picture films of sightings at Tremonton, Utah, and Great Falls, Montana. Board members had already received the Report of the Scientific Advisory Panel, and the session served as background before an ATIC briefing.
