This CIA-released item, approved for release on 2003/07/08, is a 1959 mailing from Dr. Leon Davidson of White Plains, New York, addressed to Allen W. Dulles at the Central Intelligence Agency. It is a flyer that advertises a planned serial book called "Flying Saucers: Weapons of the Cold War," to run to 25 chapters, and includes the chapter list and a subscription form.
