This National Photographic Interpretation Center photographic interpretation report, dated January 1965 and released by the Central Intelligence Agency, was prepared for a CIA study of Chinese surface-to-air missile capability. It covers 14 SA-2 SAM sites, 6 former sites, the Tai-yuan Probable Solid Propellants Test Facility and the Peiping Rocket Engine Test Facility. It also estimates hypothetical dimensions of an unidentified Chinese missile from a single Time magazine photograph, cautioning that more photography is needed.
