## See Flying Saucer?

Have you seen a flying saucer lately? If so, have you kept it a secret for fear of being laughed at and tagged as the neighborhood nut?

Well, have no more fears. An organization has been provided to which you may report your observations officially. One of the unique services of the new organization, the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, known as N.I.C.A.P. in keeping with our penchant for making names out of initials; is that one has the choice of secrecy or publicity. Even membership in the organization is kept secret and it already has a number of secret members. But it also has a number of pretty influential persons who aren't afraid to have their affiliations made public.

Dues in this non-profit organization are currently $7.50 a year and membership entitles one to a new monthly publication called "The U.F.O. Investigator." U.F.O. is the official Pentagon designation for "unidentified flying objects," flying saucers to you. The first issue of the publication, just off the press, reveals for the first time that a Civil Aeronautics-operator tracked four U.F.O.'s flying over California at speeds up to 3,600 m.p.h. last spring. The circumstances were similar to past radar sightings which could not be identified as conventional aircraft.

It also was revealed that Adm. Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, recently retired, is a member of the board of directors of the organization. He is the former head of the U. S. Central Intelligence Agency. Uncle Sam's top intelligence agency. Another retired admiral, Delmar S. Fahrney, is one of the founders of the organization. Donald Keyhoe, a retired Marine major and author of three bestselling flying saucer books, is the director of N.I.C.A.P. and editor of the magazine.
