This Central Intelligence Agency information report, declassified under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, forwards copies of British interrogation reports from about December 1949. The main report covers a defector from the East German Volkspolizei school at Prenzlau and describes its strength, weapons, artillery training, staff and political character, with captured training documents attached. Another report describes the Sachsenhausen camp under Russian administration, including its guards, food, housing, medical care and death rate. The text contains no UFO material.

The interrc rations in WROBUR.G. (21.1246 3.147) took
place cloven times. Thu first intorregation lasted six has 'at night on
Xmas eve. Other interrogations lasted on an average throo hours, sometimos
twice nightly. They wore carried out by uniforaedNZVD official in the
presence of a Russian woman interpreter. Boating and third dogroo methods
wore also applied in MEMBUR.G. The first interrogation took:place in an
office. The momaining ton in a cellar, naked, lying on the oomont and being
beaten from time to time. The Russian woman intorpretor was present at
each interrogation.
Upon completion of investigations in NERSEEURCT, subject wan
brought, together with about 30 other prisoners guarded by Russian armed
sontries and dogs and chained together on 4..l.4.7 to the.NKVD prison in
Hki.AE. Transport was carried Out in an upon lorry. Tho sentries wore
araod with towy guns.

Bofore sub joct was taken there he was told in MUOEURG that he would bo
sentenced by a Russian tribunal according to the Russian Penal code.
He was detained in the cell No. 91 on the second floor of
the DT:VD prison (" -Zuchthaus - Rotel- Ochsen ) in HALLE. There -gore eight
prisoners hold in subject's coil which usually is destined for a singlo
prisoner. Food in the orison was romarkably bad.
On 13th Jan 47 he was sentenced by a Russian idlitary
Tribunal to tho minimum, throe years forced labour. The set up of the
Tribunal is given under para. 8. The court procedure laatod loss than
five minutos.
Aftet the sentence was passed ho was lad to the HALM prison
-.?onding complution of the transport to SAOHSENHAUSEN (16.3.47)
The priooners sentenced to doath or 25 years prison (as after
abolit on of the doath sentence in May 4.7) wore kept separatoly in collars
in the prison. The remaining prisoners - on the top floor of tho prisonr
were held in one big room holding 380 inmates ponding further dostirction.
There were no beds, no blankets or similar oquipmont in this roam.

b) after boing sent to camp until May 4.9 there was no contact or
correspendonco allowed in the SACHSEN:WON oamp whon oorrosporan
was granted, the prisonors wore instructed that they were allowed
to write letters every three months. There was hoqovor no
writin7 papor available in sufficient amount for r, 1 prisoners.
