This Central Intelligence Agency dispatch dated 16 June 1954, declassified in 2006 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, forwards two informant reports on Czech emigre affairs from Milosch Svoboda of General Prchala's Czech National Committee. They cover Prchala's refusal to join the ABN, a claim that Vladimir Pekelsky is paid DM 5,000 monthly by a German intelligence agency, the disappearance of Jaroslav Novak, and exile leadership disputes. The document contains no UFO material.

# BEST AVAILABLE COPY ## SECRET the Germans. BONN government ciroles expect OSUSKY's visit in the noar future. The expelloes are said to have been instructed in- directly not to commit themselves for the time being. (That PRCHALA's settlement in GERMANY might be connected with this visit was neither confirmed nor denied.) The opposition (the old council, RIPKA, ZENKEL, etc.) plans to send Colonel TRIKNER, president of the "CSR Council in AMERICA", to EUROPE (chiefly to PARIS, contrary to OSUSKY's trip to BONN) in order to agitate on behalf of the opposition. (RIPKA, ZENKEL, etc. cannot come from the USA due to their interrogations before the JENNER Senate Committee.) The controversy will now be fought on the level of the CSR migration. In HAMILTON, CANADA, a "Council of the Free Ruthenians" has been brought into existence. A certain Vasil PEDIMCO is said to be heading the organization. The foundation is believed to be due to CERNY's initiative since PEDIMCO calls himself an agrarian. It is felt that with this step CERNY wants to strengthen his (agrarian) influence on the new "Council of the Free CSR" (the Council of Free Ruthenians backs the new "Council of the Free CSR") and simultaneously attempt to split the Ukrainian national politics.
