This Central Intelligence Agency dispatch dated 16 June 1954, declassified in 2006 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, forwards two informant reports on Czech emigre affairs from Milosch Svoboda of General Prchala's Czech National Committee. They cover Prchala's refusal to join the ABN, a claim that Vladimir Pekelsky is paid DM 5,000 monthly by a German intelligence agency, the disappearance of Jaroslav Novak, and exile leadership disputes. The document contains no UFO material.

## SECRET 4. The Czech politician R. KOPECKY, who lives in LONDON, works for the BBC and was elected president of the "Center of the Democratic Exile from the CSR" (PEKELSKY, CHUDOBA, etc.) in 1953 in BRUSSELS, is said to have been severely reprimanded by the BBC management because of this activity. Thereupon; KOPECKY supposedly severed his contacts with the Center. 5. The Slovak Jan DOLINSKY supposedly called on Sub-Source in repeated instances. DOLINSKY allegedly made him an offer for cooperation. He claimed to be in German employ and to gather military information from the CSR.
