This Central Intelligence Agency dispatch dated 16 June 1954, declassified in 2006 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, forwards two informant reports on Czech emigre affairs from Milosch Svoboda of General Prchala's Czech National Committee. They cover Prchala's refusal to join the ABN, a claim that Vladimir Pekelsky is paid DM 5,000 monthly by a German intelligence agency, the disappearance of Jaroslav Novak, and exile leadership disputes. The document contains no UFO material.

BGHA-11098, 19 May 1954, Attachment B Forwarded as attachments are two reports giving incidental and miscellaneous information on local Czech endgrain affairs, as reported to by Milosch SVOBODA, local representative of Gen. PRCHALA's Czech National Committee. In addition to sundry information about PRCHALA and CINHAK's refusals to join either element of the ABN for the time being, SVOPODA reports that Vladimir PEKELSKY is working for the OIS (undefined) for DH 5,000 per month. SVOPODA alleged that PEKELSKY's main contact is through his wife. No confirmation has been received by this office of this allegation, which smacks of a doctored denunciation. Attachment D, paragraph 2, reports that mong the emigration chatterboxes, Michael MISCHAIKOW is linked to the disappearance of Jaroslav NOVAK. We can certify that there is no such connection (see Ref. B). SVOPODA here also briefly summarizes the result of the Czech National Committee's investigation of NOVAK's disappearance, mentioned in Ref. B.
