This is a Central Intelligence Agency classified cable dated 23 April 1959, sent from the Director. It was declassified and released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act. The OCR text is badly garbled. The cable passes on biographical and trace information about Zoran Vukovic, including wartime service, time in Salzburg, anti-Tito resistance activity, internment and interrogation, and associates named in the file. It has no content about unidentified flying objects.
