This Central Intelligence Agency file, released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, gathers biographical index cards on Albanian Communist leader Enver Hoxha. The entries cover the years 1943 to 1954. They record his roles as Prime Minister, Commander in Chief and party Secretary-General, his trips to Moscow and his relations with Tito and Yugoslavia. They also note rumored rifts with Mehmet Shehu and Tuk Jakova, the 1951 Tirana bombing, and his giving up the premiership in July 1954. The file contains no UFO material.

This accusation brings astonishment because Subject has been considered the affectionate child of the Kremlin. Indignation against Moscow. however, is manifest in Albania. , Subjeot, despite his curses on TITO, is now considered wayward. Subject's first warning from Moscow came when he was sicked to reinforce MARKOS 1 guerrillas and was ac-used of negligence and °narrow- mindedness" in his mission for the first time in his life. Later. Subject received another end more serious warning. He was ordered to appear before the leaders of the Comintern, in Moscow. Hammer, for the first time Subject disobeyed the Kremlin's orders. Furthermore, he accepted an invitation from TITO to come to Yugoslavia to discuss matters concerning the purchase of lead, manganese, and phosphor/4u. Only a few days ago Subject net with Moos P/JADE. PIJADE arrived in Tirana bearing definite proposals from TITO. At this meeting P/JADE proposed, a) Reopening of the Albanian-Yugoslav borders; b) resumption of trade relations between Albania and Yugoslavia; o) a TITO-207SA meeting at a point on the Albanian- Yugoslav border.
