This Central Intelligence Agency dispatch, dated 5 October 1971 and released in 2005 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, is filed in the agency's Reinhard Gehlen collection. Its subject is Gehlen's memoirs, and it forwards recent newspaper articles on publication arrangements for the U.S. rights to Gehlen's book. The attachment went to the base and station chiefs. The dispatch has nothing to do with unidentified flying objects.
