This CIA file, whose date is not given, contains a secret debriefing report on a 1960 tourist trip to the Soviet Union. The traveler, a Library of Congress employee, went to Moscow, Kiev and Lviv in September 1960. The report includes an operational diary, biographical information on contacts, material on intelligence requirements, and transcripts of Ukrainian Radio interviews. The briefer's comments call the operation successful and say the traveler detected Soviet surveillance. The document does not discuss UFOs.
