This is a Central Intelligence Agency classified cable dated 22 July 1957, filed under QKACTIVE. It was declassified in 2007 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act. The message says headquarters received an overt request to hire a person and that records show the person is still on another party's payroll. It asks whether the request has been approved. Nothing in the text concerns unidentified flying objects, even though the routing line contains the word UFO.
