This is a Central Intelligence Agency incoming classified message dated 24 February 1949, sent from Heidelberg to Policy Coordination in Washington and filed in the QKDEMON project outline. The cable asks for authorization to pay a lieutenant money owed to him for the period from 25 November 1948 to 25 February 1949. It was declassified and released in 2007 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act. The text contains nothing about UFO sightings.
