This Central Intelligence Agency document is an undated secret memorandum about a travel advance. It was declassified and released under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act in 2007. It records a travel advance of about $48.39 made to Willard M. Staley in London, England, and lists the ways the advance could be repaid or accounted for. It also says that any future advances must be accounted for to the Chief of Station. The distribution line includes a garbled entry that reads "UFO", but the memo contains no UFO content.
