This Central Intelligence Agency release, declassified in 2007 under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act, is part of the collection CIA and the Origins of the BND, 1949-56, Volume 2, in the section on ZIPPER operations and counterintelligence. It contains early 1950s memoranda on Russian, Ukrainian and other emigre groups, a plan for a stay-behind network and for evacuating ODEUM staff if war broke out, a JUPITER status report dated 16 April 1951, and evaluations of Zipper reports. It does not discuss UFOs.

In detail the following operations for recruiting connections in Hungary
are planned:

V-I4 615 (Operation ILONKA) (two commitments completed in Hungary,
original plus two commitments in Soviet Zone Austria)
V-14 693 (Operation MERCER) (three commitments completed in Hungary)
V-14 695 (Operation MEGGY) (two commitments completed in Hungary)
1J-14 696 (Operation MARGIT) (one commitment completed)
V-14 694 (Operation LEANIKA) (one commitment) became a victim of the
enemy CI during his Hungary commitment.
Intelligence in the outpost area of Soviet zOne Austria will be done to
the same extent as previously by operation HANNIBAL.
The technical working conditions Of the radio interception group could be
improved so that for 1953 alio a smooth-working interception of the
Hungarian police radio service may be expected; thereby material from
the Hungarian military radio communications and operational ,information
will be obtained.
